The EGGER Group, with its head office in St. Johann in Tirol, is one of the leading international wood-based materials manufacturers. Founded in 1961, the family-based company now has 20 production plants with approx. 10,400 worldwide employees.
Egger Romania was searching a way to train its office employees using the company’s LMS.
My task was to create a series of SCORM courses compatible with their LMS. I didn’t have access to the LMS but from the collaboration with their manager in charge of this project I found out what version of SCORM their LMS was using and was able to test the courses API calls on the SCORM cloud. These courses were never prototyped. I just created a quick demo to show the client and after that we went straight to production and testing.
The courses share a similar structure so I was able to create a template that I modified for each course according to their curriculum, while ensuring the design stays in line with the client’s brand.
